Memory and Mental Acuity
As we are growing older, my Husband and I are becoming concerned about maintaining our memory and mental acuity. As of late, I've noticed be both tend to be forgetful of a few things here and there. We've been told that this is only natural as we age, but the question is what can be done to keep in the best health the longest.
Anyone have any resources, or advice to give?

From what I've read online and been told over the years, the best advice to give you would be to make sure that you talk to your doctor during your physical and request a metal evaluation. If it seems to become a problem, contacting your doctor and requesting an evaluation would be wise. It's better to be safe with these type of issues.
Best of luck.

Thanks for the advice. We have been talking about it and the idea of checking in with the doctor had come up. I think I'll push for the idea for the next annual checkup.
Thank you again

mental activity
The best advise I have heard is to always keep your mind busy. Do crossword puzzles and keep learning at all times. A mind that is idle is the worst thing for you.

Seems like sound advice although I prefer sudoku. Can't say I do them specifically for that reason, but the added affect doesn't hurt.
