shoulder skiing injury Empty shoulder skiing injury

was skiing two months ago and someone skied right into be. Felt like I dislocated my shoulder. Went to a Doc, but he said there was no rotator cup damage. I have been in therapy since then, and it still hurts. Does anyone have any other ideas for relief without going for surgery?
