workout with weights
All this talk focusing on medications and fresh air leaves out one important thing. Nothing is better for your health is eating a low cal, low fat diet and getting regular exercise. Instead of spending a lot of money on chemical drugs, try some natural supplements, and do some aerobic and weight training. I am in my 50's and I feel as healthy as I did when I was in my 20's.
